At MetCap Living, we are seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, including apartments and other commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure smooth property operations.
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease agreements and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
