About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Carecorp at Willingdon Care Centre Limited Partnership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to our residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
  • Participate in exercise routines and activities to promote physical and mental well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including laundry, housekeeping, and waste management.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and services.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
