Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at 4Ever Care. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and medication management.
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and provide emotional support.
  • Perform other duties related to patient care and comfort, as needed.
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

As a Healthcare Support Worker with 4Ever Care, you will work in a home care and visiting care agency setting, providing care and support to patients in their homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our agency's policies and procedures.
