About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting feasibility, design operation, and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility, design operation, and performance research of electrical generation and distribution networks
  • Commission systems and components
  • Ensure compliance to drawings, specifications, and building codes
  • Make custom designs for clients
  • Confer with clients to determine design needs
  • Confer with clients and other members of the engineering team and conduct research to determine project requirements
  • Conduct or supervise the installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical and electronic equipment and systems
  • Prepare detailed specifications
  • Coordinate access and use of computer networks
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in electrical design and development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, ETAP, LabView, and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
