Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Representative - Eyewear Expert will be responsible for consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by cultivating new and existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and upselling/cross-selling premium quality eyewear
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering personalized shopping experiences resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Actively participate in creating a positive store environment, fostering strong professional relationships with peers and management, and promoting teamwork
  • Maintain store appearance by keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, securing all company assets under one's control
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and empathy

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; previous retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, embracing new technology and change with accuracy
  • Self-accountability for sales results through effective use of selling skills and drive to meet goals
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Self-motivation, ability to multi-task, and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment

Compensation:

Estimated salary range: $17.40 - $16.93 per hour, plus competitive bonus and/or commission plan, and first-class total rewards package including health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
