Job Title: Church Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Church Maintenance Assistant to join our team at St. Thomas' Anglican Church. As a Church Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, emptying trash cans, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and wax floors and stairs
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • On-site work required
