About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to lead our Transportation team in Ontario. As a key member of our Canadian Operations, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex transportation infrastructure projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects, including highways, roads, and bridges.
- Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to intermediate and junior staff, promoting best practices and professional development.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify business opportunities and develop capture plans.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the business development strategy for relevant clients, including creating capture plans and enhancing client relationships.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering.
- Ontario P.Eng designation required (or eligible).
- 20+ years' experience in design and engineering of transportation infrastructure projects, including project management experience.
- Experience working with municipal transportation clients within the Greater Toronto Area.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven track record to develop, mentor, and lead professional technical staff.
