About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory expenses, and other financial aspects of the restaurant.

Requirements
