Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Blaze Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 5-10 food service staff, including food service counter attendants, food preparers, and kitchen and food service helpers.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure efficient service and high-quality food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
