About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Coty. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop in-store and online creative materials, such as displays, flyers, and digital ads.
  • Manage the execution of retailer programs and events, including buying shows.
  • Manage product sample orders and inventory to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Support cross-functional teams with marketing requests and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain brand performance reports and produce analyses using Nielsen sales data.
  • Prepare promotional and media materials by coordinating requirements with agencies and verifying receipt.
  • Support sales staff by providing data, market trends, forecasts, analyses, and new product information.
  • Support training teams to plan training sessions for account executives and beauty advisors.
  • Support sales teams in planning trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Marketing content creation experience and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Nice to have: French language skills.
  • Desirable: Strong time management and prioritization skills, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and quick-learning ability.
  • Passion for beauty and knowledge of the industry.
