Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified French as a Second Language Teacher to join our team at St. John XXIII CS.

Job Summary:

The Durham Catholic District School Board is looking for a dedicated and passionate educator to teach French as a Second Language to elementary students.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach French as a Second Language to elementary students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning

Requirements:

  • Certification in good standing from the Ontario College of Teachers
  • Primary/Junior and/or Junior/Intermediate Basic Qualifications
  • French as a Second Language Part 1 Required
