Job Summary

BHAG Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for staff members.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and other materials.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
