We have a unique opportunity for a data-driven Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Sales Operations. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and workflows, developing documentation, enabling the sales team with technology, and ensuring data integrity.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Sales Process Optimization: Assist in designing, documenting, and implementing sales processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Tech Management: Contribute to the development of Salesforce CRM to ensure the system meets the needs of the business.
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Maintain high levels of data quality in the system by conducting regular data cleanup and troubleshooting any discrepancies. Generate reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Sales Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for sales team members on tools, processes, and best practices to maximize productivity.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, growth marketing, product marketing, account management, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and achieve organizational goals.
  • Project Management: Lead or participate in projects aimed at improving sales operations, including process improvements and technology implementations.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting a fast-paced Sales team in sales operations/revenue operations/business operations or related roles, preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong administrator skills with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in Excel, data interpretation, and reporting using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI).
  • Strong project management abilities and high attention to details.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and JIRA.
  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to work remotely in a cross-functional, team-based environment.
