About the Role

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at Dynamic Facility Services Ltd. As a key member of our cleaning and maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and other debris.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Perform safety and security checks to identify and address any potential hazards.
  • Work with minimal supervision to demonstrate your independence and self-motivation.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive tasks will be a regular part of your job, requiring attention to detail and a high level of focus.
  • Physically demanding tasks will be required, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
