  • **Waste Management**: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and empty trash cans regularly.
  • **Window and Surface Care**: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to enhance the appearance of the property.
  • **Minor Repairs**: Make adjustments and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
