Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. This role will focus on driving the implementation of country medical affairs plans related to KOL engagement and data dissemination in the oncology field.

About the Role

In this key position, you will systematically identify the needs of KOLs, investigators, and other stakeholders in patient care, establish strong professional relationships, provide credible scientific expertise, and serve as a link to Takeda Global Medical, Global Clinical, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences required; doctoral degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 2 years experience as a medical science liaison
  • Fluency in French and English required
Requirements
  • Develop and maintain "peer-to-peer" scientific relationships with key thought leaders in healthcare, academia, payer, and government organizations per strategic territory plans and as requested by KOLs
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare practitioners (HCPs) and Takeda medical affairs
  • Facilitate 1:1 and group scientific interactions with healthcare professionals
