Position Overview

We are seeking a caring and supportive Specialized Foster Caregiver to provide a safe and nurturing family home for youth with complex needs.

As a member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with a family coach, therapist, youth specialist, and cultural support to provide individualized trauma-informed support and help youth grow into healthy adulthood.

Our Specialized Foster Caregivers receive industry-leading training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide the support and guidance required to help youth successfully transition out of care.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team that operates from an experiential, strength-based perspective, focusing on relationships as the foundation of our programs.
