{"h2": "Job Summary", "p": "We are seeking a highly skilled Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at 1269172 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our parking lot facilities. This is a permanent full-time position working 35 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

* Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the parking lot is safe and well-maintained
* Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
* Prepare and submit progress reports to management
* Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
* Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
* Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule activities of workers
* Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Additional Responsibilities:

* Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
* Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth
* Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
* Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities

Requirements:

* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
