Parking Lot Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team at 1269172 BC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our parking lot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on the parking lot, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of the parking lot.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports as required.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers.
  • Training: Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
