About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Marketing Strategist to join our team at Creator, a leading influencer marketing platform. As an Affiliate Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive revenue growth for our clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate campaign performance to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive business growth
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in a B2C company or performance marketing agency
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing best practices and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Rakuten, Impact, Awin, CJ Affiliate, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing channel tracking, reporting, and attribution
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with strong systems thinking skills

Compensation Range
