Job DescriptionWe're seeking a Program Coordinator to join our Services team, supporting a dedicated group of customers alongside a Program Success Manager. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices to drive success for customer programs.
Key Responsibilities- Support customer programs to ensure meeting customer goals
- Develop a deep understanding of the Later Influence platform and best practices
- Lead the influencer experience on the Later Influence platform by building and executing customer campaigns
- Leverage internal project management tools to support campaign planning and execution
- Analyze the influencer-facing experience to optimize campaign success
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as the voice of the influencer in product feedback sessions
- Experience in a service industry, supporting customers
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing or influencer innovation
- Agency experience or influencer marketing experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Results-oriented with a passion for analysis and insight-development
