Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Refrigeration Operator to join our team at Lineage Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our refrigeration equipment, ensuring minimal disruptions to warehouse operations and maintaining customer product at required temperatures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and promote a culture of health and safety in the workplace
Conduct daily checks on refrigeration equipment and perform necessary repairs or adjustments
Tour the warehouse regularly to ensure a safe working environment and support warehouse activities
Follow preventative maintenance programs to minimize disruptions
Monitor and adjust equipment to lower utility costs
Operate various warehouse management technology, including CMMS and computerized refrigeration control systems
Enforce established safety, health, and contamination policies and procedures
Perform other maintenance activities as required

Requirements
1+ years of related work experience
Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems
5th Class Power Engineer or Refrigeration Operator Ticket (required)
Knowledge of provincial regulations regarding operating engineering and refrigeration
Ability to work in temperatures of -30 degrees Celsius
