We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Workover Supervisor to join our team in the Drilling & Workover department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs engaged in carrying out programmed work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs.
  • Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of his contract.
  • Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to ensure modern drilling practices are followed.
  • Approve contractor's daily tour report.
  • Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
  • Ensure that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7 years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
  • Or completion of ITC: English, ERW, Math, MI with 13 years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.
  • Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
