Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Schindler Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and developing innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business needs and standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide guidance to team members to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business systems and technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
Work Environment:
  • Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
  • Permanent full-time position, with a 30-hour workweek.
  • English language proficiency required.
