Job Title: Chief Executive Officer/General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer/General Manager to lead our team at Enchanted Forest Water Safari. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our team, ensuring the successful operation of our water utility services.

  • Develop and implement business strategies and plans that align with our short and long-term objectives.
  • Establish a strong foundation of trust and credibility with the team, fostering a positive culture through empowerment, engagement, and collaboration.
  • Develop and oversee annual capital and operating plans and budgets.
