Job Title: UX Developer for Website Design and Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled UX developer to join our team at Sign A Rama. As a UX developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing websites that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have experience with web development and design, as well as strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions;
• Designing and developing user-centered website experiences that meet client needs;
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle;
• Conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems;
• Assessing physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware;
• Developing policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches;
• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity;

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field;
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in web development and design;
• Proficiency in JavaOS, programming languages (C, Python), and computer-aided design (CAD);
• Strong communication and project management skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and agile principles;

Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Location:
This role is based in a major city, with easy access to public transportation. We offer a flexible working arrangement, with the option to work from home one day a week.

Language:
English is the primary language spoken in the office, but we welcome candidates who are fluent in other languages.

Estimated Salary: $65,000
