Tamanna Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join their dynamic team in Mississauga. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of in-office and remote work, requiring presence for 3 days per week.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience working in Agile environments, preferably within the insurance or financial services sectors. A strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices is essential.

The Senior Scrum Master will facilitate and support Agile ceremonies, guide multiple teams, remove impediments, collaborate with product owners, and coach team members on Agile principles.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, as well as experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
  • Guide and mentor multiple teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Remove impediments to ensure that the team can focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with product owners to ensure that product backlogs are well-defined and prioritized.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, ensuring that Scrum practices are consistently followed.
  • Act as a servant leader to support the team, removing roadblocks, and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Track and report on key Scrum metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Certification in Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
