Key Responsibilities- Inbound and Outbound Call Handling
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about the vehicle acquisition process, trade-in values, and current promotions.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, inquiries, and promotional campaigns related to vehicle acquisition.
- Appointment Scheduling
- Schedule appointments for customers interested in selling or trading in their vehicles, confirming appointments and notifying customers of any changes or delays.
- Coordinate with acquisition specialists and managers to optimize appointment slots.
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries and concerns regarding vehicle acquisition, resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Lead Management
- Update and maintain customer records and leads in the CRM system, ensuring all appointment details and customer interactions are accurately recorded.
- Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and call metrics.
- Communication and Coordination
- Communicate effectively with acquisition specialists, managers, and other team members, providing customers with updates on the status of their vehicle acquisition process.
- Assist in coordinating vehicle inspections and appraisals.
- Sales Support
- Promote additional services and offers related to vehicle acquisition where appropriate, informing customers of current promotions and special offers.
- Assist with follow-up on unsold leads and customer feedback.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive sales environment is highly desirable.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including CRM and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on achieving acquisition targets.
- Other Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
- Knowledge of automotive products, vehicle acquisition processes, and trade-in evaluations is a plus.
- Primarily office-based with frequent use of a computer and telephone.
- May require extended periods of sitting and working at a desk.
- Occasional interaction with customers in the showroom or acquisition center.
