**Role Overview**

This is a full-time on-site position for a Development Manager in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of residential and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Managing all aspects of the development process, from conceptualization to completion.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, zoning regulations, building codes, and land use planning to ensure compliance and best practices.

**Requirements**

  • Proven project management, construction management, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in overseeing residential and commercial development projects, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and financial analysis, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
