Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Club Operations Manager to join our team at Chris Kim Health Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing programs and services, providing technical and professional advice, and managing the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage programs and services to meet the needs of our members and clients
  • Provide technical and professional advice to staff and stakeholders
  • Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization, including budgeting and financial management
  • Recruit and manage professional coaches and athletes
  • Organize and administer national and provincial programs (training, coaching or officiating)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
