We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Department Coach. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement customized strategies for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized strategies for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to service managers and fixed ops directors to help them achieve their goals
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to help clients improve their service department operations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clients are always ahead of the curve

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a service manager or fixed ops director
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Flexibility to travel 3 weeks per month
