We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Department Coach. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to develop and implement strategies that drive business success and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to help clients achieve their objectives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a service manager or fixed ops director
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $100,000-$160,000 per year
