Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our creative leadership, you will play a crucial role in shaping the vision and direction of our projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing innovative concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with Moment Factory's brand and values
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring projects to life
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- 10+ years of experience in creative direction, with a strong background in multimedia, visual effects, or related fields
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Keynote
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
