Job Title: Glazier Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Glazier Supervisor to join our team at Blackline Aluminum Systems. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of glass and other materials in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of glaziers and other production staff to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Prepare and review production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train and develop the skills of glaziers and other production staff to improve their performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate the requisition and ordering of materials and equipment as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth production and delivery of products.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of glazing and glass installation techniques and materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
  • May be required to work overtime or flexible hours as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:
  • 32.5 hours per week.
