Job Description

The People & Culture Business Partner will play a pivotal role in creating effective people strategies, facilitating communication, and driving change management within the organization. This individual will be part of the core P&C team at FYihealth group and embedded in the solis optics business unit as their business partner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve business results through people strategies.
  • Cultivate positive relationships, provide leadership, and coaching on all people-related programs, strategies, and execution across the business.
  • Develop and implement templates, programs, and policies to enable the business, modeling our high-performance coaching culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in People & Culture or a related field.
  • A University degree or college diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Experience using HR analytics to support business decisions and facilitating change management.
  • Full bilingualism (English) is an asset.
