As a Building Technician, you will play a key role in the design and implementation of projects, working closely with our team of experts to deliver innovative and high-performance buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design and implementation of projects, ensuring that all technical aspects are met.
  • Conduct technical surveys and write conceptual studies to inform project decisions.
  • Estimate project work costs and develop detailed project plans.
  • Collaborate with the site supervision team to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Design and develop plans and specifications for building systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • DEC in Building Mechanics or related field.
  • Experience in building mechanics, including ventilation, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Autocad software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and ASP construction card (an asset).
  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
