Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Grocery Store. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including cooks and food service helpers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff members in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Noisy kitchen environment.
