About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Investment Advisor to join our team at CIBC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and growing client portfolios through dedicated relationship management, trusted investment advice, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Investment Planning: Analyze client information and trends to develop investment plans and written proposals for prospects and clients.
  • Business Development: Participate in seminars for clients and prospects, in collaboration with team members, to convey both factual and conceptual ideas to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree within a related field or industry-related designation.
  • Accreditation: Current accreditation and good standing with the Canadian Securities Course and current Registered Representative status.
  • Language: Fluency in French and English to serve clients in the community.
