Senior Product Design Lead for Emerging Ad Business

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Design Lead to join our Supplier Advertising team as a key leader in the development of our emerging ad business.
As a Senior Product Design Lead, you will drive the design strategy and execution for the most complex pieces of our ad business, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and senior leadership to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
Your expertise in user experience design, product strategy, and collaboration will be essential in shaping the user experience for our suppliers and shoppers, ensuring that our ad business meets the needs of our customers while driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and articulate design vision and strategy for the ad business, aligning with business goals and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user experiences that meet business objectives and customer expectations
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
- Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency and quality across the ad business
- Lead and mentor design teams to drive innovation and growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience and product strategy
- Proven track record of delivering complex design projects and leading design teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of design processes, tools, and technologies
- Portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in user experience design, product strategy, and collaboration
