Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service methods to meet customer demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective budgeting and cost control strategies to ensure financial stability.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered.

DAIRY QUEEN HILLSIDE offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth and development.

35 hours per week.
