Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and be able to ensure that our health and safety regulations are met.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities. They will also be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns and providing excellent customer service.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations. This includes participating in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, youth employment, and veterans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, with a minimum of a college degree, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to work 40 hours per week and have excellent communication skills.
