Senior Enterprise Architect

The Manager, Enterprise Architecture, reports to the Senior Enterprise Architect, who will enable business strategy and influence technology direction to support our journey to become one of the world's leading providers of energy transition metals. This outstanding candidate will be responsible for collaborating with technology partners to build strategic plans and key initiatives to support our corporate vision, mature key business capabilities, and drive continuous improvement. This role will further collaborate with technical teams, business partners, and external vendors to formalize strategic direction, define targeted business outcomes, and deliver tangible value in alignment with our goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Formulate and maintain business architecture assets, models, and frameworks to ensure effective implementation of technology investments.
- Oversee the maintenance of partners' roadmaps to inform and prioritize investment planning, ensuring alignment with our company objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to bridge gaps, promoting continuous improvement across all Architecture domains.
- Provide mentorship and architecture review of cross-program and cross-project architecture strategies, opportunities, and problem resolution, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide architecture leadership to foster the implementation of technology investments that are aligned with company objectives, and risks are known and managed appropriately.
- Mentor and support a Centre of Excellence for architecture to ensure practice standards and deliverables are practical, applicable, and adaptable across the community.
- Conduct and lead strategy and planning workshops with technology and business partners to ensure the portfolio effectively evolves in adherence with future vision and goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to architects and business analysts to promote effective technology planning and utilization, driving business success.
- Bachelor's degree in applied sciences (Engineering, Systems Design, Information Technology and Computer Science) or Business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical partners.
- Shown ability to think strategically, build and maintain relationships with senior-level management, and collaborate with team members.
- A competitive salary range of $132,000 - $163,000 per annum.
