Veterinary Technician, RVT, Animal Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician, RVT to join our team at MacKay Animal Hospital in Whitby, ON.
About the RoleAs a Veterinary Technician, RVT, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our veterinary team. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with physical examinations, patient assessment, and medical procedures
- Preparing and maintaining patient records and medical charts
- Providing compassionate care to hospitalized patients and their pet parents
- Assisting with surgical procedures and patient recovery
- Managing multiple priorities simultaneously and maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment

To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Veterinary Technician program diploma or equivalent
- Eligibility to register in Ontario
