Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Officer at Allegis Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our contract employees, clients, and sales teams receive exceptional service in the areas of human resources, accounting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Customer Service: Provide superior telephone and reception desk support to internal and external customers.
- Payroll Processing: Complete internal payroll, manage timecard audits, and ensure timely submission of timecards for AHCS exception accounts.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the Unemployment Process, including claims and hearings, and oversee the Worker's Compensation Program, including education, filing claims, and alternate light duty locations.
- Payroll Resolution: Resolve all payroll and invoicing issues, including adjustments, lost checks, and invoice discrepancies.
- Contractor Support: Complete pre-employment paperwork with contractors and manage contractor and internal benefits programs.
- Supply Management: Ensure adequate levels of administrative and galley supplies.
- Financial Management: Manage the P Card account and ensure timely processing of Tax Credit Forms.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
To ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to our internal and external customers and employees, the Customer Service Officer must carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
