Job Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hydraulic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for assisting our hydraulic customers with technical sales, ordering, and invoicing.


Key Responsibilities



  • Assist customers with technical sales, including replacement pumps, motors, cylinders, and associated components required for in-house repair shop.
  • Order and invoice parts as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • A high level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
