About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partner to join our team in Halifax, Atlantic Canada. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and developing strategic solutions to drive success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a consultant and subject matter expert on all things Pelmorex to agencies and clients, providing in-depth research and analysis to understand their businesses and marketplaces.
  • Proactively create strategic 360° solutions to drive success against customers' marketing needs, leveraging Pelmorex's premium data, media platforms, and in-house technology.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted business partner and advisor.
  • Manage your business pipeline, develop an ongoing key account plan, and create a strategy for long-term sustained growth for your territory.
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally to ensure the needs of your clients are met, maintaining an 'always learning' attitude and staying up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and inspire clients with your ideas.
  • Strong business acumen in the digital space, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving ad tech world.
  • Ability to uncover opportunities and address client challenges in a compelling way, with a fearless and confident approach.
  • Strong understanding of internal and external technologies, including GAM, DSPs, DMPs, Ad Verification, and Google Analytics.
