Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tiuz Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our high volume of customers.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure we have sufficient stock to meet demand.
- Hire and train new staff members to join our culinary team.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our means.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare food order summaries for our chef to ensure seamless communication.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure they are presented to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure our team is working efficiently and effectively.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high volume of customers and a team of dedicated staff. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a noisy, wet/damp, and hot environment, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe working space.
