About the Role

B.B.S. EXTERIOR LTD. is seeking a skilled Exterior Plastering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our exterior finishing team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a durable and weather-resistant exterior finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and finish coats of plaster to exterior surfaces
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency
  • Install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in exterior plastering
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
