Marketing Project and Packaging Coordinator

Silver Hills is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Project and Packaging Coordinator to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing timelines, milestones, and tasks related to the development of all marketing materials and assigning them to the appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project workflow of all marketing projects and related activities
  • Ensure each task is scheduled within Wrike, our project management software, and all deliverables are received on time
  • Work with external partners with regards to service delivery and project completion
  • Manage all private label customer portal entries requests and on-going communication
  • Main point of contact with external suppliers and partners for private label projects
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of marketing project workflows
  • Experience with project management programs such as Wrike
  • Experience in MS Office
