Job Title: ECE Assistant

Bright Butterfly Child Care Centre Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and caring ECE Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children. As an ECE Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced educators to create a nurturing and engaging environment that promotes learning and exploration.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to infants and toddlers, including bathing, diapering, and feeding.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Assist educators in planning and executing activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Lead activities that encourage creativity, imagination, and social interaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to child care.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a childcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced childcare setting.
